Shipping + Returns
RETURN POLICY:
We hope that you will always love all of your purchases from us here at Oh So Spoiled! However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an online purchase. If that is the case, online purchases are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY. After that time your purchase will not be eligible for return.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Personal items such as leggings, bodysuits, earrings, swimsuits, etc cannot be returned
- Returned items must have tags still attached and be returned in original packaging
- Returns must have no visible signs of wear or use such as perfume, smoke, makeup, stains, etc
- At this time we do not offer exchanges

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS and FedEx.
No authorization is needed, simply return your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included with your original purchase and has your order number on it. Please wrap the item and package so it is protected. Shoes should be returned in a shipping bag with no damage to the shoe box.
Once we receive your return, kindly allow 10 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at ohsospolied@gmail.com with photos of any damage.
Color variations due to photography, computer resolution or lighting does not qualify as damage.
